This meeting will be held outside of the City’s municipal boundaries, as permitted by Section 134.1 of the Community Charter.

Time: 6 p.m.

Place: Township of Spallumcheen Council Chambers – 4144 Spallumcheen Way, Spallumcheen, B.C

Purpose:

Presentation of 2025 Year-End Joint Services Reports: Parks and Recreation, Fire Department and Cemetery.

In-camera requirement (closed to the public) pursuant to Sections 90(1) (c) and (k) of the Community Charter:

(c) labour relations or other employee relations; and

(k) negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed provision of a municipal service that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the council, could reasonably be expected to harm the interest of the municipality if they were held in public.
