2010 Council Meeting Dates Send Me A Reminder

Committee meetings are open to the public and are held in the afternoon of a Council meeting day. Both Committee and Council Meetings are held in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 3570 Bridge Street. Council Meetings start at 7:30 p.m. and Public Hearings are usually scheduled for 7:00 p.m. Agenda's are available for online viewing the Friday prior to a meeting.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
 

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 892 of the Local Government Act, a Public Hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of the City of Armstrong, 3570 Bridge Street, Armstrong, B.C. on Monday, March 22, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. to hear representations on the following matters: 

CITY OF ARMSTRONG ZONING AMENDMENT BYLAW NUMBER 1635:

This bylaw proposes to amend the City of Armstrong Zoning Bylaw 1268 by rezoning Lot 17, Section 6, Township 35, K (formerly O) DYD, Plan KAP82792 (known as 3802 Atkinson Place) from R.1 (Residential Low Density Single Family) to R.1-B (Residential Secondary Suite).

All persons who believe that their interest in property is affected by this Bylaw shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the above Bylaw.

Copies of the proposed Bylaw may be inspected at the office of the City of Armstrong from Wednesday, March 10, 2010 through Monday, March 22, 2010, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. 

No submissions to Council will be received following conclusion of the Public Hearing.
