| FALL CLEAN UP 2009 The Public Works Department will pick up compostable material only, (leaves, grass, and garden refuse) from all residential areas in the City of Armstrong starting on Monday, November 2nd, 2009.
- Bags for pickup must be placed at the curb by 7:00 am Monday, November 2nd, and be clearly accessible.
- There will be no alley pickups.
- Bags must not exceed 50 pounds in weight.
- Materials must be in transparent plastic bags. Any other items left at the curbside will NOT be picked up.
Keep the City of Armstrong clean by participating in the 2009 Fall Clean-up program.
