Submitting a Complaint to the City
If you need to submit a complaint about any one of the following issues, just send us a quick email, give us a call at 250-546-3023 or send a letter to City of Armstrong, Box 40, Armstrong, B.C., V0E 1B0. You must include your name and phone number so we can verify information if necessary. Your information is completely confidential. Anonymous complaints will not be dealt with. Or Send us an email.
Burnt Out Street Light?
Include an address or description of where the street light is located and whether the pole is wood or metal, please send your email to Wendy.
Pot Holes or Loose Manhole Cover?
Include the street and approximate house number of where the pot hole or loose manhole cover is located.
Garbage Not Picked Up?
Include your civic address and let us know what was missed. Please be aware that there a 2 bag or 2 garbage can limit.
Recycling Not Picked up?
Recycling is no longer looked after by the City of Armstrong. A stewardship, called Multi-Material BC, now oversees the program and you can view their pamphelet on what they accept and don't by Clicking Here. Their main website is www.multimaterialbc.ca.
Recycling pickup is done by Emterra Environmental. You can reach them at 250-545-4245.
